Human Resources Strategic Partner (Manager Level)
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Minimum
8 years
in HR roles across HR functions.
3 years in a managerial or HRBP position.
Experience in the manufacturing or plantation industry is preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Comfortable with HRIS systems.
Strong acumen in data analytics using spreadsheets.
Fluent in English at a business level proficiency.
Responsibilities
Partnering with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals and priorities.
Providing expert HR advisory services on a wide range of employee-related matters.
Identifying and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and deliver HR-related training and change management programs.
Analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommend data-driven solutions.
Maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
