eCommerce - Livestream Specialist

Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily livestream operations across platforms. Lead and coordinate livestream hosts, operators, and supporting teams. Plan livestream schedules, concepts, scripts, and promotional strategies. Monitor live performance and ensure targets are achieved. Analyze livestream data and provide regular performance reports. KPI monitoring (GMV, conversion rate, viewers, engagement). Collaborate with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams. Ensure livestream quality, compliance, and brand alignment. Identify improvement opportunities to increase engagement and sales.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any major. Expertise in livestreaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc). Strong understanding of e-commerce livestream sales strategies. Good time management and multitasking skills. Familiar with OBS / live streaming tools is a plus. Ability to analyze data and provide performance reports. Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
