We work closely with private-sector partners to co-create solutions that make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and the broader healthcare ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape access strategies, build strong partnerships, and influence the future of private healthcare.### **The Opportunity**As a Healthcare System Partner (HSP) for Private Access & Pricing, you will serve as a trusted connector between Roche and key private-sector stakeholders. Your work will shape how patients gain access to innovative healthcare solutions by building relationships, anticipating trends, and co-creating strategies with partners across Indonesia’s private healthcare ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in translating insights, health economics, and ecosystem priorities into impactful access solutions that deliver value for patients and society.**Key responsibilities*** Develop and implement access plans for new and existing products in the private sector.* Prepare and lead submissions to private insurers and payer partners to secure formulary listing and reimbursement.* Build compelling value propositions using pricing models, financial impact analyses, and health economics insights.* Co-create innovative private access solutions with partners—including financing models, corporate programs, and private insurance initiatives.* Monitor infrastructure, funding flows, and private-sector policy trends that shape access and pricing.* Advocate for a favorable access environment by collaborating with stakeholders and translating insights into clear strategic priorities.* Lead pricing governance, provide tactical pricing insights, and collaborate closely with global pricing teams.### **Who you are**You are someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, ecosystem partnership, and patient access. You bring curiosity, analytical strength, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to co-create impactful solutions.To be successful in this role, you have:* Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance, hospitals, or healthcare-related sectors, with exposure to marketing, brand management, health system shaping, and/or policy advocacy.* Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing interpretation, financial and health-economic insights, and the ability to translate ecosystem trends into meaningful access strategies.* Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies and how to apply them to healthcare ecosystem needs.* Strong partnering and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.* A university degree in science, economics, business, public health, or a related field (advanced degree such as MBA or Life Sciences is a plus), along with desirable experience such as CCxA Academy exposure or work in payer engagement and system shaping.### Quem nós somosUm futuro mais saudável nos leva a inovar.
