What You Will Do:

Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives

Convert opportunities from pipelines to sales

Understand client needs – prepare and deliver proper demos/meetings for solutioning

Follow up with the sales processes

Maintain healthy sales pipelines

What You Should Bring to the Role:

Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit

Have previous working experience as a Business Development personnel, preferably in a SaaS company, IT System Integrator or similar fields

Have sufficient technical understanding of software implementation, as well as basic technical knowledge, and be able to appreciate technical aspects of real-time communication technologies

Experience in IT system integration and consulting (being a principal is a good plus)

Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management

Possess the ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary

Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, both online and offline

Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
