Account Executive, Strategic Accounts
– Airtable

As a Strategic Account Executive you will work closely with Fortune 500 clients worldwide, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage our product for maximum business impact.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, manage a sales pipeline and close customers onto the Airtable Platform through inbound and outbound efforts
Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all industries
Prioritize your book of business, develop and execute account plans, identify new opportunities, bridge use cases across departments, and climb the org chart
Source expansion opportunities in new departments while telling a compelling multi‑use‑case story to the CIO and other executives
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
Coordinate resources throughout the cycle, including legal, sales engineering, implementation specialists and leadership
Educate and consult customers on the value of Airtable throughout the sales and adoption cycle
Model a wide range of use cases to demonstrate how Airtable can drive transformation across different industries
Prioritize opportunities and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound email efficiently
Forecast performance against sales targets with accurate deal‑by‑deal and territory analysis
Who You Are
8 + years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience, selling software solutions into multiple industries
6 + years selling into the Enterprise segment
Track record of over‑achieving quota for 6–8 consecutive quarters, with at least 1–2 quarters of strong over‑achievement
Experience selling to central buying/IT teams and managing stakeholders in Procurement and Legal, and developing deep relationships with C‑level, Exec and VP stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to close 6‑figure ARR deals in a competitive market
Strong prospecting, account planning and team‑selling skills
Owned complex deals with named accounts of 3 K+ FTEs
Consultative mindset, able to navigate complexities across industries, sizes and life‑cycles
Strong communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to large rooms and influencing decisions
Passionate about the mission and how customers can use Airtable
Excel at creating revenue impact and deep relationships for your organization
Scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver who discovers business needs and explains how Airtable fits the bigger picture

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package—including base salary, restricted stock units, incentive compensation and benefits. For San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York, on‑target earnings range for this role are $272,000 – $354,000 USD. For all other locations, including remote, the range is $245,000 – $318,000 USD.
