Overview
Ensure all daily activities fill finish to ensure tasks, smooth operations & resolve any issues align with and GMP/WHO TRS Sterile.
Coordinate & execute training programs for all fill finish personnel then evaluate training effectiveness to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards like integrity, aseptic behaviors, safety, & GDP.
Coordinate daily activities among teams to maximize use of personnel and equipment across shifts or teams to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate data management tasks and inputting data correctly then involve do troubleshoot any issues with the ERP system.
Ensure all personnel & teams understand safety & GMP protocols with continue monitor and control also involve to resolve issues with comprehensive events investigations.
Coordinate continuous improvement projects. By data driven & processes to recommend safety, quality, & efficiency improvements with all stakeholder collaboration.
Execute & prepare detail equipment-machine URS & timeline to do execution purchasing within schedule to make machine ready & qualified.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities across teams and shifts to optimize efficiency of personnel and equipment.
Coordinate data management tasks and troubleshoot ERP system issues as needed.
Ensure safety and GMP protocol understanding; monitor and resolve issues; participate in comprehensive events investigations.
Drive continuous improvement projects using data-driven processes; recommend safety, quality, and efficiency improvements with stakeholders.
Prepare URS and timelines for equipment/machine purchases to ensure on-schedule readiness and qualification.
Qualifications
Min Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
Experience and hands-on in sterile automated filling machine & operation.
4 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice & sterile regulations.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong sense of integrity, ethics and leadership skills.
Able to work independently (self-motivated).
Willing to work and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta, Indonesia.
