Senior Project Manager - Construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the areas of interior design, architecture engineering, civil engineering. Energetic and polished individual with prior experience working with government. 5+ years of project management experience in construction from scratch. 5-star hotel and/or luxury residential experience is a must! Prior experience managing successful projects with values ranging from IDR 5B – IDR 10B +. Experience with high-end architectural + millwork packages. Prior experience leading and overseeing multiple concurrent projects (3–4 projects at a time), with proven ability to delegate and manage Project Managers and Site Managers. Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the project from beginning to the end, including Budget Plan & Cost (RAB), schedules, work methods, manpower, and materials. Ensure the Budget Plan and Cost (RAB) are in accordance with the approved budget. Monitor project schedules, progress, and site issues, and conduct evaluation, supervision, and reporting. Oversee and evaluate the work of Project Managers and Site Managers. Perform overall evaluation of project implementation. Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
