工作职责：

通过与幼儿建立互信关系，营造安全且富有吸引力的学习环境

设计并实施符合幼儿发展阶段及文化背景的课程，运用创新教学方式

与家长、同事及社区密切合作，共同促进幼儿的全面发展

观察、记录和评估儿童的进步和发展

共同营造中心内积极合作的团队文化

任职要求：

获得 ECDA 认证的 L2 教师资格

（L2）持有幼儿教育文凭（DPE-T）、幼儿护理与教育文凭（DECCE-T），或其他 ECDA 认可的同等学历

热爱幼儿教育，致力于营造正向、关爱的学习环境

具备 K1 及 K2 班级的相关教学经验

We Are Hiring: L2 Certified Chinese Language Preschool Educators! Locations: Sengkang

Job Responsibilities:

Create a secure and engaging learning environment through trusting relationships with children.

Design and implement developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula with innovative teaching practices.

Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and the community to enhance children’s learning.

Observe, document, and assess children’s progress and development.

Contribute to a culture of collaboration within the Centre.

Requirements:

L2 Certified by ECDA

For L2: Diploma in Pre‑school Education – Teaching (DPE‑T), Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE‑T), or equivalent recognized by ECDA

Passionate about early childhood education and fostering a positive learning environment

Prior experience teaching kindergarten‑aged children
