Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a

Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

to lead and oversee the landscape maintenance team in ensuring that all gardens, green areas, and outdoor facilities at EIGER Adventure Land remain beautiful, healthy, safe, and welcoming for guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION Lead and direct the Landscape Maintenance Staff in executing daily tasks.

Supervise routine maintenance of gardens, plants, grass, flowers, trees, green areas, and other outdoor facilities.

Address technical issues such as dead plants, damaged landscape facilities, or blocked drainage.

Report risk conditions such as fallen trees, slippery pathways, or other potential hazards.

Coordinate with the Public Area Manager, Engineering, and Attraction teams to support field operations.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on landscape conditions, maintenance progress, and improvement recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENT Minimum education of D3/S1 in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape, garden, or horticultural maintenance, including experience in leading a team.

Strong understanding of plant care techniques, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and pest/disease management.

Creative with a strong aesthetic sense for garden and green‑area landscaping.

Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.

Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shift schedules, weekends, and emergency situations.
