Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams Support project planning and execution using Agile methodologies Collaborate closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success Design and execute test scenarios (explorative & complex) for both applications and CMS, and optionally develop test scripts Perform structured testing and report issues clearly with steps to reproduce Conduct PostgreSQL queries, including complex joins, inserts, and updates across multiple tables Create engaging and clear presentation slides to communicate findings or proposals to stakeholders Hiring Process

Must-Have Skills :

Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum Proven experience as Product Owner or System Analyst (web and/or mobile applications) Experience in end-to-end application and CMS testing, from scenario design to execution Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including multi-table joins, inserts, and updates Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations Working experience in FMCG industry or fast-paced environments Mandatory experience in e-commerce and Sales Force (CRM tools) Nice To Have

Experience in developing and executing test scripts Exposure to mobile application projects with decoupled front-end and back-end architecture (not full-stack) Familiarity with massive push notification traffic on mobile platforms Soft Skills / Work Traits
