We are looking for a creative, proactive, and community-driven

Social Media & Community Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and nurturing a strong and active community across all digital platforms.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

2+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform behavior (IG, TikTok, YouTube).

Comfortable managing multiple creators and coordinating large-scale content uploads.

Solid grasp of engagement metrics (including ER).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Highly organized with strong calendar & deadline management.

Ability to review/filter content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.

Experience managing influencers/creators.

Experience in health, wellness, or science communication is a plus.

Strong English proficiency (spoken & written).

Job Responsibilities

Create monthly & campaign-based content briefs for community creators.

Coordinate activation themes, challenges, and posting initiatives.

Track submissions, uploads, and adherence to content briefs.

Review content format, accuracy, captions, and brand alignment.

Maintain the content calendar for community-driven posts.

Monitor ER, reach, saves, shares, and other key metrics.

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.

Support community rewards, recognition programs, and special events.
