Job Description

We are looking for a

hands-on Business Development Manager

to drive growth in

Indonesia . This role focuses on building client relationships, closing deals, and turning opportunities into

measurable business results .

Key Responsibilities Lead business development and client acquisition in the

Indonesian market , driving tangible revenue growth Manage the full BD cycle: lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing Identify and develop local clients, including brands, advertisers, e-commerce, and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) companies Collaborate closely with HQ and regional teams (operations, delivery, product) to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction Develop scalable BD strategies and repeatable processes based on local market insights Take ownership of key accounts and strategic projects, ensuring opportunities convert to actual business results Support or build a local BD team if needed, sharing best practices and mentoring junior colleagues

Requirements 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of

converting leads and relationships into signed deals Strong understanding of the

Indonesian business environment and client decision-making processes Fluent in English and Indonesian for business communication; Chinese is a plus Hands-on, results-oriented, able to work independently under pressure Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial judgment Willingness to work long-term in Indonesia

Preferred Qualifications / Plus Experience working with

key global or local accounts (e.g., multinational brands)

, with proven commercial outcomes Background in advertising, e-commerce, MCN, or platform-based businesses Experience in building or managing a local BD team
