Accounting Specialist

As

Accounting Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean financial records, strengthening compliance, and supporting reporting that enables better business decisions. This role goes beyond bookkeeping—you’ll collaborate across teams, validate financial data end-to-end, and help build accounting processes that are structured, scalable, and aligned with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do Manage and execute daily accounting and administrative activities to support smooth financial operations. Ensure accounting processes comply with company policies, financial regulations, and best practices. Maintain accurate and complete financial records in accordance with PSAK and applicable tax regulations. Review and verify journal entries recorded in the accounting system to ensure accuracy and proper classification. Coordinate closely with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost Control, and Tax teams to validate revenue and expense data across business units. Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports with high accuracy and timeliness. Support ad-hoc accounting projects and initiatives to strengthen department performance.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance operations. Strong understanding of PSAK, tax regulations, and general accounting principles. Experience handling journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of ownership and accuracy in handling financial data. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools is preferred.
