Job Responsibilities

As a Client Services Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the client services operations and office initiative management team. Your primary responsibilities include: Driving and managing key processes in client services operations in Indonesia, with a focus on State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) clients. Delivering impactful results for Client Service Teams (CSTs) operating in Indonesia. Providing ad-hoc support to leadership in delivering strategic office priorities. Assisting senior leaders, including senior managers of initiative management and senior consultants/partners, in navigating day-to-day ambiguous problems within client services operations and office initiative management. Proposing appropriate and innovative resolutions to challenges faced by the team. Coordinating the client’s processes, such as proposal management, and supporting office strategic initiatives, including client development and office community leadership priorities. Education and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Client Services Operations Coordinator position should possess the following qualifications and experience: A bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Communications, International Relations, or a related field, with a strong academic record. A minimum of 4 years of work experience in administrative operations, business development, or a project management role. Basic knowledge of general business concepts. Excellent organizational capabilities, with the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion with limited guidance. Proficiency in rational decision-making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning. Ability to create work product-focused materials and outputs. Exceptional time management skills to manage responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment. Strong team player with a tolerance for ambiguity and a readiness to embrace change. Emerging leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and the local office language, with the ability to adjust communication style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
