Presales Network Security

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related position in the field of Network & Security

Minimum 3 year experienced in IT network security infrastructure

Having a good knowledge in Security Framework (e.g: NIST, ISO 27000, CIS)

Experienced in Anti-Malware, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), NDR (Network Detection and Response), Firewalls, UTM, SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence.

Experienced with network security equipment (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper Networks, Fortinet, F5, etc)

Candidate must be quick learner, multitasker, good english, have good communication skill and presentation skill.

Experienced Firewall/IDS/IPS/WAF

Willing to engage with Sales Division

Experienced as Presales (Supervisor/Manager)

Familiar with System Integrator business process

Responsibility

Developing and implementing presales strategies, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and win rates

Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needs

Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposal

Delivering presentation about technical solutions to customer

If needed, doing demo or proof of concept

Coordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutions

Develop solutions based on customers technical needs

Collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements, develop technical proposals, and present network security solutions

National holidays do not reduce annual leave
