HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures based on company needs.

Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and support payroll coordination.

Support manpower planning and organizational structure development.

Assist in compensation and benefits management to ensure fairness and alignment with market standards.

Coordinate employee relations, performance management cycles, and engagement programs.

Ensure compliance with company regulations and local labor laws.

Prepare HR reports and support continuous HR improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements: Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (Experience in Internet platform, digital ecosystem, or F&B delivery industry).
