Asst. Store Manager - Paris Baguette

Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively

Supervise daily store operations, staff scheduling, and performance

Monitor product, inventory, and operational needs

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

Control costs, prepare reports, and support brand promotion

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food & Beverage, or a related field with minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Store Manager

Strong background in F&B operations, customer service, and inventory management

Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, food hygiene, and health & safety standards

Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to meet financial targets

Proficient in MS Office, POS/store management systems, and able to communicate in Englis
