About Museum MACAN The Museum ot Modem and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN) will be the first institution of its kind in Indonesia, providing public access to a significant and growing collection of modern and contemporary art from Indonesia and around the world.

Dedicated to supporting interdisciplinary education and cultural exchange, the institution will also offer a wide variety ot public programs, and a dynamic exhibition program. As part of its mission, the museum will be an important platform for local and international artists to present their work to a global audience, and will commission new works by artists that broaden perspectives on contemporary art in and beyond Indonesia.

Museum MACAN will also offer professional development opportunities for artists, curators, and other arts-tocused young protessionals to help build upon the energy of Indonesia's vibrant arts ecology.

Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, holding finance-related certification is preferred.

Min 2-3 years of working experience as Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager.

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Manager Finance Accounting & Tax.

Knowledge of Export Import and retail Process will be a plus point.

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles. Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions Brevet A, B, C.

Excellent attention to details, meticulous, self-starter and hardworking.

Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management.

Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts financial strategies, plans, and budgets in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives; conferring with CEO and Board.

Develop and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information and safeguard company assets.

Develop, implement, monitor policies and procedures within GAAP and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs and increased revenues.

Prepare weekly cash flow actuals, monthly and yearly projections.

Ensure compliance with state regulation and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with tax office and filing tax reporting.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying key trends and issues and making recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for business decisions and initiatives.

Manage and mentor the finance team.

Maintain communication with external local tax office and tax office, knowledge of International Taxation.
