Responsibilities

Identify and research potential business partners to expand our network.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling pitches for potential partners.

Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners.

Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Work closely with the CEO and other team members to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, advertising or a related role.

Strong understanding of the agency industry and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Possesses strong social skills, particularly in excellent negotiation, communication and presentation.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.

Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
