Senior Data Analytics Manager

Senior Data Analytics Manager We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead a high-performing team of data analysts in driving product development and data-informed decision-making across Indonesia’s education ecosystem. In this role, you will shape data strategy within the squad, guide problem exploration and prioritization, and support seamless cross-product experiences in the superapp.

Responsibilities

Execute data strategy aligned with product vision and business goals, especially within the superapp ecosystem.

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts/data scientists, ensuring high-quality output and fostering professional growth.

Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency; support the development of strong data governance practices.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other teams to identify data needs and deliver insights that drive product decisions.

Communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support an easy-to-navigate, cohesive cross-product journey by shaping data models, metrics, and analytical direction.

Identify and support cross-team initiatives that require centralized analytics or Core team involvement.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience; exposure to tech environments is a strong plus.

7+ years in data analytics, customer operations, performance analysis, or service excellence roles.

Strong SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R for analysis and automation.

Ability to break down complex business problems into analytical frameworks and guide data-driven decisions.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user pain points into data requirements and insights.

Solid understanding of data science methods—from basic statistics to advanced ML/AI—and ability to apply them to real product challenges.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, warehousing, and ETL processes.
