Business Development Associate

to join our

Sales Division in Bali . This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and event-based selling.

You’ll work closely with our Sales, CRM and Marketing teams to expand our wine client base, organize tasting events, and strengthen Wine Adore’s presence in Bali. Perfect for early-career professionals with 1–3 years of experience looking to grow in a regional wine business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients or business partners for wine sales and event collaboration

Coordinate wine tasting events and support weekend activations (some weekend availability may be needed)

Work closely with the CRM team to maintain high-quality leads and ensure follow-through in the sales funnel

Actively use tools like LinkedIn and other networking to drive business growth

Support partnership development with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Support, and Logistics

Requirements

Indonesian citizen

or

permanent resident

1–3 years of experience

in Sales, Business Development, Events, or Hospitality

Passionate about wine, events, or customer-facing activities

Energetic, proactive, and results-driven

Available to work on-site in

Ungasan, Bali
