We are currently seeking a potential candidate to join our HSBC Indonesia Graduates Programme for Market Securities Services. This two‑year programme is for individuals who want to become leaders in Market Securities Services. The programme aims to develop participants along a management path in Market Securities Services through a structured learning and rotation across selected functions.

During the programme, we will provide talent with development initiatives among other cores: intensive induction programme, experiential workshops, management and leadership workshops, cross‑functional rotation, active learning projects, corporate events participation, and community services.

Application closes on 31 January 2026 and target programme start in April 2026.

Ideal Applicants Should Possess The Following Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with minimum GPA 3.2/4.0; OR

Master's Degree with minimum GPA 3.5/4.0

Fresh graduate in any discipline

Not possess more than two years work experience after university graduation

Strong motivation to pursue a banking career

Preferably those who have experience as leaders in student organization and/or any other social/extra‑curricular activities

Self‑driven and demonstrates leadership competencies and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English is a must, but equally have to be able to speak fluent in Bahasa

Proof of legal right to work in Indonesia
