Supply Chain Specialist

XEXYMIX Indonesia is seeking a

Supply Chain Specialist (Export–Import)

to manage and support end-to-end supply chain activities, with a strong focus on import documentation, shipment coordination, inventory movement, and operational efficiency. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant flow of goods to support our fast‑growing retail and e‑commerce business.

Responsibilities

Manage import documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, HS code, PIB) and ensure compliance with local regulations

Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams; monitor ETD, ETA, delays, and clearance status

Track inbound shipments, ensure accurate cost calculations, and update import progress reports

Support export-related processes (if needed): documentation, coordination, and reporting

Maintain and update SKU master data, inventory movement, and stock availability

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, merchandising, and finance for seamless inbound flow

Support demand planning and replenishment to ensure product availability

Prepare supply chain reports: stock levels, aging, shipment tracking, import cost analysis

Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

3–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or export–import (retail/e‑commerce is a plus)

Strong understanding of import procedures, customs clearance, HS codes, and related documentation

Proficient in Excel (lookup, pivot), data management, and reporting

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience working with forwarders, customs brokers, or warehouse teams is an advantage
