PRESCHOOL TEACHER ASSISTANT

Integrated Children’s Academy (ICA) is a nurturing, inclusive, and creative learning environment committed to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are seeking a caring and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our passionate team.

The Preschool Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for children. This role involves helping to plan and implement educational activities, maintain a clean and organized environment, and support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Job Descriptions:

Assist in planning and implementing daily educational activities.

Supervise children to ensure a safe learning environment.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Support children's emotional and social development.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Assist with classroom setup, clean-up, and organization.

Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude.

Willing to be placed in Integrated Children’s Academy (ICA), South Jakarta.
