Mandarin Legal Translator

To accurately translate legal documents and official communications between Mandarin, Indonesian, and/or English, ensuring clarity and compliance with applicable legal terminology.

Key Responsibilities

Cooperation agreements

Business contracts

Licensing and regulatory documents

Corporate documents and legal correspondence

Proofread translations and ensure consistency of legal terminology.

Support meetings, negotiations, or audits as a Mandarin–Indonesian/English interpreter.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all legal documents and company information.

Coordinate with the Legal team, HR, and Management regarding translation needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Law, or a related field.

Proficient in

spoken and written Mandarin .

Strong understanding of

business or corporate legal terminology .

Prior experience as a legal translator or interpreter is an advantage.

Detail‑oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working under deadlines.

Proficient in translation tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

HSK certificate at intermediate to advanced level.

Experience working in a manufacturing company.

Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and licensing processes.
