Retail Operations Manager (Luxury Fashion / Multi-brand) Responsibilities

Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team

Need to be able to sell

Prioritize customer satisfaction

Have a positive behavior and focus on customer satisfaction

Have extensive knowledge in retail brands and ability to drive sales

Target oriented and have a great urge to sell

Manage and control stock of goods in stores

Requirements

Having experience as a Retail Store Leader minimum for 2 year

Having experience in the Fashion Retail industry minimum for 2 year

Minimum: College degree or equivalent

Have a career passion in the Fashion Industry

Willing to work on holidays and holidays (Shift Schedule)

Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint (or similar)

Having good working experience in retail business, especially the Fashion Industry
