Filipino Speaking Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities
Provide stellar support to customers through online chat and messaging platforms, expertly answering questions, providing info, and offering assistance for Thai market.
Guide customers through our products or services, resolving their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems, escalating complex issues when needed.
Maintain professionalism and excellent service etiquette in all interactions.
Accurately document customer interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions.
Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and chat volume.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information.
Collaborate with teams to provide consistent and effective customer support.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Able to speak in Tagalog.
Strong English proficiency
(minimum B1/B2 level).
Prior experience as a Customer Service or Chat Support Agent is a plus, though
fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Awareness of current affairs in relevant markets/countries.
Team player with strong engagement, maturity, and analytical thinking.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Must be willing to work
on-site in Yogyakarta .
