Job Description

Lead a cross‑functional project and functional analysis team, responsible for collecting, understanding, and translating client business requirements into actionable plans.

Manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle — from planning, estimation, and execution to delivery and post‑implementation support.

Collaborate closely with international business and sales teams during pre‑sales and requirements definition phases to ensure technical and functional alignment with client needs.

Define and maintain project plans, including timelines, resources, deliverables, costs, and risk management activities.

Support project pricing and contractual aspects, ensuring compliance with service‑level agreements (SLAs) and project profitability targets.

Provide post‑delivery support to clients, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Drive continuous improvement within the delivery process and foster collaboration across global CRIF teams.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Bureau projects.

Proven experience managing international projects and working with multicultural teams.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross‑functional teams.

Excellent client management and stakeholder communication abilities, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Demonstrated resilience under pressure and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to travel internationally as required by project scope.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments is a plus.
