Job Description
Monitor asset lifecycle from procurement, deployment, transfer, maintenance, until disposal.
Coordinate with Site Development, Operations, and Finance teams regarding asset needs and movement.
Support asset allocation for new store openings, renovations, and relocations.
Conduct regular asset audits and physical stock checks at store and warehouse locations.
Ensure asset tagging, documentation, and reporting are updated and compliant with company standards.
Handle asset handover documentation during site opening and closing processes.
Identify damaged, missing, or underutilized assets and report findings with improvement recommendations.
Support asset maintenance scheduling and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
Prepare periodic asset reports for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in asset management, warehouse, logistics, or site development (F&B or retail industry preferred).
Familiar with asset tracking systems, inventory management, and basic asset depreciation concepts.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Good coordination and communication skills across multiple departments.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple site projects simultaneously.
Willing to travel to store sites and warehouses as required.
