Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall sales strategy, planning, and execution to drive revenue growth.
Build, develop, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships, including international clients.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
Work closely with management to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
Around 10 years of experience in sales management.
Proven international business management experience.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Experience in professional services industry is an advantage.
