Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage business leaders to establish business essentials for organizational development or change management initiatives.

Coach business leaders to align career aspirations and job rotations of the employees with the organization's business strategy.

Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-performing talent based on the organization's ideal talent profile.

Liaise with business leaders to develop hiring standards for sourcing candidates for leadership roles.

Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.

Guide business leaders to relay key performance indicators (KPIs), performance goals and ratings to their employees.

Engage business leaders on compensation policies and programs.

Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Build regular meeting with all business leader to aligning organization goals

Resolve complex employee relations issues, partnering with Employee Relations and Legal.

Liaise and align Industrial Relations cases with Industrial Relations and Legal.

Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.

Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.

Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Having a strong business acumen.

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a People Partner.

Experienced in managing the Operations team.

Experience in the Logistic industry would be preferred.

Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably in Ms. Excel.

Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes.

Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence, and build credibility with all levels and all functions.

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Fast learner and ability to adapt.

Willingness to work with high mobilization.

Proactive, fast response and have a sense of urgency.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent in data analytics and reporting.
