SUPERVISOR SALES BD KOSMETIK OEM ODM

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor of Sales BD for the Cosmetic OEM/ODM division at PT Shangyang Technology Indonesia. This dynamic role will oversee the sales and business development activities for our growing cosmetics manufacturing business in the North Jakarta area.

Key responsibilities Manage and support a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the client base and drive new business growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking

Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients to secure new business deals

Collaborate cross-functionally with the production, marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment

Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations

Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to continuously improve their skills and effectiveness

What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry

Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a client portfolio

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Familiarity with OEM and ODM manufacturing processes for cosmetic products

Proficient in data analysis and using CRM software to manage customer information

Proven leadership abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
