Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management, including experience in preparing and executing IPO-related processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the hospitalโs financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term plans.
Oversee accounting, treasury, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage cost control, cash flow, and capital expenditure to improve financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial and healthcare regulations (including OJK, BPJS, IDX listing requirements, and other IPO-related regulatory standards).
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end IPO readiness process, including financial restructuring, vendor selection, prospectus preparation, and required disclosures.
Oversee enhancements in financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards to meet public company requirements.
Act as the key liaison with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, underwriters, and regulators throughout the IPO process.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulators.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Accounting or Finance; Masterโs degree in Finance or Management is preferred.
Professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management position (CFO/Finance Director).
Proven experience in the hospital, healthcare, or multi-unit business environment is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in IPO preparation or managing a companyโs transition to public listing (preferred).
Strong understanding of healthcare financing, hospital costing, BPJS claim management, capital expenditure, and hospital cash flow management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic leadership skills.
