E-Commerce Sales Supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Digital Business or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling e-commerce business relationships (Tokopedia, TikTok).

Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and partner management.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and high initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, disciplined, and hardworking.

Job Description

Responsible for achieving e-commerce sales targets.

Acquire and onboard partners (offline stores) to open e-commerce stores.

Develop and implement strategic and innovative e-commerce marketing initiatives.

Create and manage e-commerce promotions and campaigns.

Prepare e-commerce sales reports, performance tracking, and analysis.

Monitor marketplace traffic and performance metrics.

Analyze online marketplace and e-commerce trends.

Propose promotional or campaign ideas to boost sales.

Monitor competitor activities in the online marketplace.

Manage budgets and coordinate across teams to ensure efficient and timely execution.
