Operations Cost Control

About the role As an Operations Cost Control, you will be responsible for providing strategic and effective financial reports to the Management. This full‑time role is based in South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.

What you’ll be doing

Perform cost accounting and auditing for the company’s operations

Analyze and report on operational costs, budgets and variances

Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports (daily, weekly and monthly)

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Support the implementation of financial controls and processes

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive financial improvements

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the leadership team

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience with a focus on cost control in a mining company

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and operational controls

Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mining or a related field
