KOL / Creator Partnership Role (US Market) SKINTIFIC, a leading beauty company experiencing exponential growth in Southeast Asia, is dedicated to delivering science-backed products to our customers. We are now expanding our mission to the US market.

As a KOL / Creator Partnership, you will spearhead and optimize our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships in the US. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster consumer engagement, and achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about influencer marketing trends, deeply understands the US consumer landscape, and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

KOL Strategy Development:

Design and implement strategic plans to engage KOLs in line with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and target audience insights.

KOL Identification & Outreach:

Research and identify influential KOLs in key categories (e.g., beauty, fashion, lifestyle, tech) to align with brand initiatives for the US Market.

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with KOLs & agency, ensuring mutual value and alignment with brand vision.

Market Trends Analysis:

Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the US market.

Performance Metrics:

Define KPIs, track campaign success, and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

Proven minimum of 1 year of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing trends, especially in the U.S. market.

Prior experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a strong advantage.

Passionate about the beauty industry; background in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Bachelor degree from any major, reputable US university will be advantageous

Willing to work full-time from our office in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
