Heat Exchanger Equipment Maintenance

In this role, you will be responsible for improving production efficiency, troubleshooting process and machine issues, and ensuring the reliability of manufacturing equipment to support smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities Improve production efficiency, yield, and manufacturing costs through continuous process improvement Troubleshoot process issues such as leakage, brazing defects, and fin or tube damage Support new product and new model introduction into the production line Analyze and resolve production and machine-related problems using a strong problem-solving approach Read and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings for machine troubleshooting and maintenance Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on production machines Troubleshoot machine breakdowns quickly and effectively to ensure machine availability and reliability Support production teams in resolving line issues and maintaining smooth operations Maintain and troubleshoot equipment involving pneumatic and hydraulic systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, limit switches, and proximity sensors

Qualifications Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a similar role and industry Understanding of basic heat transfer principles and cooling systems Experience in cleaning coils, tubes, and fins Familiar with pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments Basic knowledge of refrigerants and occupational health & safety (K3) Ability to read technical manuals and simple engineering drawings Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willing to work in shifts or be on-call when required
