Operational Buyer & Logistics

About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operational Buyer & Logistics professional to join our dynamic team at PT Gea Westfalia Separator Indonesia. This is a contract role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, offering the opportunity to play a key part in the supply chain operations of our leading manufacturing company.

What you're doing

Manage Process Orders, Clarify Issues, and Execute Transactions.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand production requirements and source the necessary supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Monitor supplier performance and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of purchased goods.

Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on procurement activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and procedures.

What we're looking for

Experience in procurement or related administrative roles.

Intermediate English skills—able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

ERP system knowledge (SAP, Microsoft AX, or Sage Accpac preferred).

Experience in basic negotiation and cost analysis is a plus.

D3/S1 degree, preferably in IT, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
