Field Service Engineer

Requirements Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field. Over 3 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Patient monitor and life support products. Intermediate English speaking and writing skills. Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation. Domicile in Surabaya.

Responsibilities Organize and coordinate value-added service activities to SKA customers , like BME activities , service week , BME central training , high end customer visit . Provide services including installation, troubleshooting to high end customers Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner. Ensure customer’s satisfaction. Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc. Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects. Manage regional distributor and provide support like technical training ,monthly review meeting Provide necessary technical support and team management support to the internal team
