Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership or controller role within a multi‑industry company.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with strong knowledge of local statutory compliance.
Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, treasury management, tax planning, and internal controls.
Able to optimize the financial structure to support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Strong track record in business partnering with top management, providing financial insights to support decision‑making and drive business performance.
Ability to be actively involved as a business partner of the operational team.
Exceptional leadership and people‑management capabilities with the ability to build and lead high‑performing finance teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
