Seven Retail is looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team in Growth & Strategy.

About the Role This role will be at the heart of driving Seven Retail’s expansion and operational excellence. You will:

Define and execute growth strategies to support business expansion

Lead and monitor strategic initiatives and projects across functions

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements

Provide insights and recommendations to support decision‑making and performance optimization

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or management from reputable universities

Consulting experience is a must

Adept at using MS Excel (pivot table, index match, VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word

Good analytical skills as well as strong business acumen

Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders

Result‑oriented, organized, can prioritize effectively, and multitask to deliver results in a fast‑paced work environment
