Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, including relationships with universities or academic institutions.

Create talent pipelines to expand the company talent pool using networks and recruitment channels.

Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs and requirements.

Coordinate with related departments to ensure accurate data entry into the system (Internal program/HRIS) and maintain up‑to‑date onboarding records.

Monitor and track the progress of new hires through the onboarding journey, ensuring completion of all required training and tasks.

Provide recruitment metrics and data‑driven insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Participate in projects such as Employer Branding activities.

Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from a reputable university with a good academic record.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition.

Experience in full life‑cycle sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and evaluating candidates for fit.

Experience with social media, CV databases, and professional networks for proactive sourcing.

Strong knowledge of psychological tools and scoring tests (assessment process experience is an advantage).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Self‑driven and able to work well under tight schedules.

Willingness to work at the Head Office (Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta).
