Senior Accountant

to support financial operations, reporting, and inventory tracking in a dynamic, boutique environment. If you enjoy working independently while still collaborating with leadership, this opportunity is for you.

Position Overview This is a

part-time, long-term contractor role

supporting financial operations and management reporting. You’ll go beyond bookkeeping and play a key role in: Financial accuracy Reporting insights Inventory & cost visibility Process improvement What You'll Be Doing

Accounting & Month-End Manage journal entries & general ledger activities Perform bank & balance sheet reconciliations Support month-end & year-end close

Financial Reporting Prepare monthly financial reports Assist with budgeting support Conduct variance analysis

Inventory & Cost Accounting Assist with inventory valuation Support cost tracking Partner with operations for inventory accuracy

Controls & Optimization Support internal financial controls Monitor cost performance Improve accounting processes

Must-Have Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience Experience with financial reporting & analysis Exposure to inventory accounting Strong Excel & ERP skills Ability to work independently in a part-time setup

20+ hours (Flexible) ️
