Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Banquet Coordinator, based in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta. The Banquet Coordinator will oversee event planning, communicate with clients to understand their specific needs, and manage event logistics. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and staff, ensuring timely setup and seamless service during events, and maintaining high‑quality standards. Administrative tasks, such as maintaining schedules, managing contracts, and preparing event reports, are also part of this role. The coordinator will work closely with the catering and service teams to execute successful events that align with client expectations.

Qualifications

Event coordination, planning, and logistics management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple events simultaneously

Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and maintaining records

Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail to adapt to unexpected challenges

Experience in the hospitality or catering industry is preferred

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event coordination
