LADP (Leader Acceleration Development Program) Eiger Adventure (EIGER) was established in 1989 as a brand that provides equipment and gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry.

About the Program

This program is designed to develop high-potential young leaders. Through a structured learning approach, on-the-job training, mentoring, and strategic projects, participants will be equipped with business knowledge, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail and outdoor lifestyle industry.

In This Program you will get to :

This program is designed to prepare participants for Store Head roles across EIGER Adventure Stores in Indonesia.

Gain exposure to various aspects of retail operations through carefully curated rotational assignments across different departments, such as merchandising, sales, operations, and customer experience. This hands‑on experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations and help you develop a holistic perspective.

Benefit from the guidance and support of experienced retail leaders who will serve as your mentors throughout the program. They will provide valuable insights, share their industry expertise, and help you navigate your career path within our organization.

Participate in targeted leadership development workshops and training sessions designed to enhance your managerial and leadership skills. Topics covered may include effective communication, team building, strategic planning, financial management, and customer‑centricity.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on high‑impact projects that contribute to the success of our organization. These projects will challenge you to think critically, solve complex problems, and apply your skills in a real‑world retail setting.

Build a strong professional network by connecting with peers, mentors, and senior leaders within our organization. Engage in networking events, workshops, and industry conferences to broaden your exposure and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the retail industry.

What you will Need to Succeed :

Bachelor’s Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.25

Min. 1 year experience preferable in retail industry

Active in organization / have internship experience is a MUST

Target‑driven, customer‑oriented, with good analytical and problem‑solving skills

Interested in sales strategy and business development

Able to lead and coordinate a team

Willing to work on weekend / holidays

Willing to be placed in any EIGER ADVENTURE STORE (in Indonesia)
