Responsibilities

Create analytics, insight and next recommendations of social media performance report

Gate keep to all content creation concept

Present social media report to internal team and client

Accrue and process all the requests on time

Conduct consumer research, what’s in trend, and survey

Requirements

1-3 years of experience working as a data analyst

Experienced in conducting social media performance report, post-campaign reports, trend & insight desk research or other research projects.

Must be highly proficient in analytical tools such as Excel/Spreadsheet, Looker, similar web etc

Ability to translate data into insight and strategy.

Strong understanding of social media marketing, seo, website & ads

Strong understanding of marketing and analytical concepts such as customer journey, retargeting, attribution models, prediction, and A/B testing
