Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Headhunting
Source and attract candidates for various IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).
Conduct active headhunting and approach passive candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talents for ongoing and upcoming client needs.
Screening & Candidate Management
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation.
Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams or client-side assessors.
Maintain candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Client & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales team to understand specific client requirements and hiring priorities.
Provide regular updates on candidates, progress, and potential bottlenecks.
Support Recruitment Lead in mass hiring or urgent roles when needed.
Reporting & Tracking
Update daily recruitment activities using internal tracking tools or ATS.
Report key metrics such as number of sourced candidates, shortlist rate, and interview progress.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Tech Recruitment.
Experience in IT Outsourcing / IT Staffing is highly preferred.
Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting background.
Familiarity with IT roles and technology stacks.
Comfortable working onsite (WFO).
Able to commit to a 4-month project-based contract.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced hiring demands.
