HR & GA Manager

About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced HR & GA Manager to join our sister company. As the HR & GA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and general administrative functions for our company. This is a full‑time position based in our office in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's goals and ensure compliance with labour regulations

Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR‑related activities

Manage the company's general administrative functions, such as facilities management, office supplies, and IT support

Provide strategic HR advice and support to the management team

Lead and mentor the HR and administrative teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or a related field

Proficient in both oral and written English

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in the mining or natural resources industry

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills

Proficient in using HR management software and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
