– We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand user requirements and design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Job Description

Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors.

Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.

Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Develop high‑fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Create and maintain design assets such as icons, illustrations, and style guides.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Use testing feedback to make iterative improvements to the user interface.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Apply new knowledge and tools to enhance design processes and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.

Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

Familiarity with front‑end development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Willing to hybrid work at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
