Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute consumable-related procurement processes, including the creation of purchase requests and alignment with relevant portfolios.

Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for both consumables and warehouse-related needs.

Monitor the receipt of consumable items and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Ensure timely submission of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and dispatch of signed Delivery Orders (DO) to vendors.

Align with internal users regarding incoming non-consumable items to ensure operational readiness.

Participate in cross-functional alignment meetings to support effective coordination and communication.

Assist in the preparation of special operational campaigns such as double date events.

Support ad hoc projects related to consumable management and general affairs as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods receipt documentation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across departments.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges proactively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), comfortable working with data and reports.
